Unathi's areas of expertise include project management, communications strategy formulation and stakeholder engagement.
Pearl Mthembu – Director

A lawyer by profession, Pearl has over 15 years' experience in litigation and is well-versed in dispute resolution, mediation, and labour disputes. Her expertise assures that stakeholder consultations at Blaque Sapphire are within the bounds of the law. Pearl's areas of expertise include policy development, contract law, and dispute resolution.
Lerato Nwagha – Director

Lerato has vast experience with residential and commercial housing construction projects. Having been in the built environment as a contractor herself, she has a deep grasp of community engagement. Lerato also has extensive experience in community participation, SMME development and compliance.
